Roles and Responsibilities :

• Reporting to Accounts Manager
• Handling AR,AR,General Ledger and Journal Entries
• Fixed Assets Register
• Preparation of Month End Schedules
• Prepare and check relevant Audit Schedules
• Responsible for accurate and timely submission of financial accounts GST submissions.
• Perform other duties as and when required by Accounts Manager
• Support other Ad-hoc projects
• Training will be provided

Requirements :

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in keeping full set of accounts
• Well versed with accounting software, as well as proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Applicants should be Singaporean, PR or Malaysian

IT Apprentice

Looking for ONE aspiring IT architect / specialist to be my apprentice. Having been in IT industry for years, I have strong foundation knowledge and vast experience in different areas of IT system development and design.

As my IT apprentice, expect to get your hands dirty with all aspects of IT development, doing everything from the basics of IT documentation and programming to the more advanced tasks, for example system architectural design and analysis and many other areas.

This is going to be a full time and long term arrangement, though I may make some special arrangements for very potential candidates.

• Assisting the Technical Team

You should also be comfortable with working in a fast paced, open and fun environment.

No prior experience or academic qualifications required, but prior IT experience will be a definite bonus.

Full Time Assistant Programmer

We are looking for Assistant Programmer in software development for our clients and to assist our Business Analyst with System Design work.

He/she will:

• Actively involved in PHP web application development
• Provide supports to development projects throughout the project life cycle
• Conceptualise, design and develop web applications for scratch
• Ensure codes are in compliance to standards
• Conduct systems studies, end-user requirement gathering and develop detailed specifications
• Participate in system testing and manage UAT
• Work hand-in-hand with design team in website development with Web 2.0 concept

He/she must:

• Diploma in Information Technology or similar qualifications
• Possess good knowledge in Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern
• Experience with development in LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) will be an added bonus
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and CSS is a plus

Full Time / Contract Java Web Developer

We are looking for Full Time / Contract Java Web Developer in Java/J2EE application development for both internal and external projects.

Job Scope

• Actively involved in web application development in J2EE technologies
• Provide support to development projects throughout the project life cycle
• Involve in requirements gathering, scoping & designing, UAT and implementation
• Conceptualise, design and develop web applications for scratch
• Ensure codes are in compliance to standards
• Participate in system testing and manage UAT
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or similar qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on development experience of JSP / Servlet / EJB / JavaBean etc, and participated in at least 1 software development life cycle
• Strong foundation and hands on experience in Java/J2EE, Struts 2.x, EJB 3.0 and SOAP web services.
• Familiar with database technologies (any one of Oracle, SQL Server or MySql) and application servers (Apache Geronimo or JBoss)
• Good knowledge in necessary technologies such as OOA / OOD / OOP / three-tier architecture / Web Application Frame and Application Server
• Familiar with Open Source technologies such as Hibernate, Struts, AJAX, Spring will be an added advantage
• Good communication and writing skills in English will be an added advantage
